Cancellation policy

Our business provides a variety of purchase options, including custom-made products, pre-orders, and, at times, a Try Before You Buy option. This policy outlines the cancellation guidelines for each type of purchase. Please review each section carefully, as certain products are considered final sale and non-cancellable once processed.

1. Custom Orders (Fridge Magnets, Keychains, Badges)

We specialize in creating custom products such as photo fridge magnets, keychains, and badges tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. Due to the unique nature of these items, the following cancellation policies apply:

  • Non-Cancelable Orders: Once an order for custom products has begun processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Each item is created based on the photos and specifications you provide, making it uniquely yours and a final sale.
  • Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@memoriesprinted.com. Cancellations are only possible before processing begins.
  • Defective Items: If a custom item arrives damaged or with a defect, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for assistance.

2. Pre-Orders

For certain out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available items, we may offer pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item in advance. You may be asked to pay a partial deposit at checkout, which reserves your item until it’s available. Your payment method may also be stored securely for future processing.

  • Payment: When the item becomes available, we will charge the remaining balance (if any) and ship your order.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled (i.e., shipped), the sale is final, and no cancellations or refunds are available unless the item is defective.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return or cancellation once the pre-order is fulfilled. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.

3. Heavy Machinery Orders

Heavy machinery items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances, except in cases of a documented defect reported within 3 days of receipt. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • 50x50mm Refrigerator Magnet Machine Maker with Paper Cutter and 1000 Sets of Materials (Classic & Multi Cutter Style)
  • 63.5x63.5mm Refrigerator Magnet Machine Maker with Paper Cutter and 1000 Sets of Materials
  • Rotary High-Quality Keychain, Magnet & Badge Machine Bundle: Includes interchangeable mould, paper cutter, and 1000 sets of materials (All-Inclusive Bundle: 32 mm, 44 mm, 58 mm, 75 mm)

If you receive a heavy machinery item that is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for further instructions on how to document the issue and initiate a return or exchange.

4. Try Before You Buy

Our Try Before You Buy option is occasionally available on select items, allowing you to evaluate the product before completing the purchase.

  • Authorization: When you place a try-before-you-buy order, we securely authorize your payment method but do not immediately charge it.
  • Evaluation Period: You will have a limited evaluation period (as specified in your order) to decide if you want to keep the item.
  • Final Charge: If you choose to keep the item, no further action is needed, and your payment method will be charged for the full amount at the end of the evaluation period. If you decide not to keep the item, please contact us within the evaluation period to avoid charges.
  • Non-Returnable Items: This option does not apply to heavy machinery or custom-made items, which are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.
  • Note: The Try Before You Buy option may not always be available on our website. Please check the product page to see if this option is offered for your desired item.

5. Subscriptions

At this time, we do not offer subscriptions on any of our products.
