Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy on certain products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that this policy does not apply to all products.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at hello@memoriesprinted.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases)

Heavy machinery items: Heavy machinery items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances, except in cases of a documented defect reported within 3 days of receipt. This includes, but is not limited to:

Financed Purchases
For items purchased through Affirm or other financing partners, all sales and return policies apply as stated. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed, except in cases where the item arrives defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that non-returnable items (e.g., heavy machinery, custom orders) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: The European Union 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom orders, personalized items, or heavy machinery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
